4. Select reporting method

Several companies can benefit from combining DIBS reporting with their own administrative systems.  Amongst several advantages, this could ease the reconciliation procedure considerably — especially in cases involving a significant number of payments.

DIBS allows you the possibility of generating reports in CSV format, and is able to deliver these by e-mail or ftp.

Consider your business’ requirements for automatic reporting and reconciliation of information, log onto DIBS Administration and select ’report’ for set-up.  Please note, that automatic report generation is not a standard feature in all DIBS products, although it may be purchased separately.
